                                             Non-Resident $250.00

 (2) 8 years of age or over…........Resident $190.00
                                               Non-Resident $450.00

All major credit cards will be accepted for city fees only

Hockey Booster Club Membership Fee $30.00 per family

* Initial Fundraiser Fee $100.00 per family

** U.S.A. Hockey Insurance $45.00 per child – paid separately Online at www.usahockeyregistration.com

** U.S.A. Hockey fee applies to children ages 7 and older. USA Hockey Registration is required regardless of age.

Ages 7 and under will not be charged by USA Hockey at time of registration
